IEEE SENSORS 2024

IEEE SENSORS 2024 will have focused sessions on emerging sensor-related topics.

Presented papers will be included in the Proceedings of IEEE SENSORS 2024 and in IEEE Xplore pending author requirements being met. Alternatively, authors will have an option to submit a 4-page paper to a Special Issue of the IEEE Sensors Letters, and if accepted, present results at a Special session of IEEE SENSORS 2024. Authors may submit extended versions of their conference papers to the IEEE Sensors Journal.

IEEE SENSORS 2024 has an initiative to encourage industrial participation as being key to a well-balanced technical conference. As such, in addition to an industrial track for paper submission, it will also include the following: an in-conference workshop on the Human-Machine Interface, a workshop on "From Imaging to Sensing: Latest and Future Trends of CMOS Image Sensors"; a focus session on "Stacking Technology in Image Sensors", and a session addressing standards. Given its location in Kobe, there is a special emphasis on attracting image sensor participation.

A small number of best papers presented at the conference will be invited to contribute extended abstracts towards a special issue of the IEEE Sensors Journal.

The Conference Exhibit area will provide companies and other organizations with an opportunity to display and promote products, services, equipment, books, journals, publications, and/or other items to attendees from around the world.

A demonstration track will allow authors to showcase their sensor technologies to the audience in live interactive sessions. We particularly encourage submissions to this track to fulfill the dissemination and outreach requirements of research projects sponsored by EU programs or similar programs. One-page description of live demo submission is required. The manuscript should follow the Conference template but limited to one page. The manuscript can be submitted through the paper submission system. A regular paper (4 pages) on the same technology can also be submitted in the other Tracks and will be reviewed in the same review process.
